I was on a "basics spree" in Primark when I came across a giant Vaseline tub, with smaller Vaseline tubs inside. Suddenly I had this vision of storing all my favourite everyday lip balms in this really cool tub. I could also imagine how adorable it would look on my desk.

As I am getting older, I've noticed my lips get drier and when I wear lipstick it doesn't go on as smoothly or will bleed out more quickly . So I've been investing in more lip products and taking better care of my lips. I also generally love lip products; maybe even slightly obsessed.
Now I have somewhere quirky to store some of my favourite lip products.

- Eight Hour Cream - Elizabeth Arden: I probably use this one most often just before I go to bed. I think everyone needs to own this.
- Burt's Bees Vitamin E & Peppermint: I love wearing this just before I wear a matte lipstick. I love the tingling sensation it leaves. I also feel like it slightly plumps the lips.
- Yu-Be lips (Japanese product) : Glycerin (retains moisture in the skin) based and enriched with Vitamin E and Camphor. I do feel a noticeable difference in the softness of my lips when I use this.
- Banana Boat Sunscreen Lip Balm : My summer lip balm :) I think a lot of people forget our lips can burn too and that they also need spf. I love this it has spf 45 and is water resistant (80 mins, is what it says - hmm not quite sure about this.)
- EOS Honeysuckle honeydew: The packaging is too cute! I feel incredibly cool when applying this to my lips. I can't really tell if it is doing anything for my lips, it does however smell incredible. I feel like a story book character when I apply this.
